Cancellation of a reservation more than 7 days prior to the arrival date is free of charge.
Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show without prior notice will be charged for one night.

The fine print

Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
On Saturdays and Israeli holidays, check-in is available approximately two and a half hours after the end of Shabbat or the holiday.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM, and by 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
Payment is required at check-in. Guests must present a valid credit card and a valid photo ID upon arrival.

Non-refundable / no-cancellation reservations will be charged immediately to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
The same credit card used for the payment must be presented upon arrival at the hotel as a condition for receiving the room.
