Cancelation or modification to reservations , received up until 12 PM (Israel time), 24 hours prior to arrival date, no fees or penalty will be applied.
Cancelation or modification to reservations for suites , received up until 12 PM (Israel time), 48 hours prior to arrival date, no fees or penalty will be applied.
In the event of cancelations which are received later than the above mentioned time and up until 12 PM on the arrival date, a charge of one night will be applied.
In event of cancellation or modification later than 12 PM on the arrival date or in event of no-show without prior notice, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
In case of non- refundable reservation, the full payment will be charged on the day of the booking for the entire stay.
This rate is non-refundable and therefore cannot be modified or canceled. In case of modification or cancelation, no refunds will be applied. Charges cannot be used for other stays. The credit card charged for a non-refundable reservation must be presented to the Front Desk Clerk at the hotel upon check in.
